Assignments with review
Approve or request changes, with due dates and late and overdue tracking.
In Thinkific, an approved assignment marks the lesson complete, and a rejected one asks the student to submit again. A lesson counts as complete when the student clicks "Complete & Continue", and progress is the share of lessons completed. Surveys can sit in a lesson; for surveys embedded in the New Course Builder, reporting is in the external tool. Reports on the program that a sponsor can read
Space reports and participant reports show where the group and each person stand, and export to CSV. On Pro and up, add a sponsor as a Reporting Sponsor and they see the program's content and reports, and none of the answers, journals or conversations. The AI impact report is a summary where every statement points to the figure it rests on, shared by a private link that expires after 7, 30 or 90 days, with group totals only.
Thinkific's progress reports export to CSV, and Cohort Reports compare completion rates between groups of students with a common start date. A Group Analyst, a team member or a third party, can view and export student progress for assigned groups. Thinkific's analytics page describes customized reports sent to leadership and B2B clients on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, and its reporting data updates daily. What does upcoach charge on my sales?
A platform fee of 2% on Starter, 1% on Pro and Business, 0% on Scale and Enterprise. Stripe's card processing is separate and paid to Stripe. The subscription for upcoach Pro is $1,188 a year on annual billing.
Can I use my existing Stripe account?
Yes. When you set up payments, you're redirected to Stripe to create or connect your account.
