Invite participants to your program

Once your program is set up, you’re ready to bring in participants. You can invite people individually or in bulk, and they’ll receive an email with instructions to join.

Invite by email

  1. Open your program and go to the Members section.
  2. Click Invite or Add Members.
  3. Enter one or more email addresses.
  4. Click Send Invitations.

Each person receives an email invitation. If they’re new to upcoach, they’ll create an account first. If they already have an account in your organization, they’ll be added directly to the program.

Bulk invitations

For larger groups, you can invite multiple participants at once from the organization-level user management:

  1. Go to Settings > Users.
  2. Click Invite Users.
  3. Enter multiple email addresses.
  4. Once they’ve joined your organization, add them to specific programs from the program’s Members section.

Resend invitations

If a participant hasn’t accepted their invitation, you can resend it:

  1. Go to Settings > Users.
  2. Find the pending invitation.
  3. Click Resend next to their name, or use Resend All for all pending invitations.
