Manage participants in your program
The Members section of your program shows everyone who has access. From here you can view participants, search by name or email, and manage membership.
Viewing members
Open your program and go to the Members app. You’ll see a list of all active members with:
- Name and avatar
- Role — Admin or Client
- Join date — When they were added to the program
Use the search bar to find specific participants by name or email. The list supports sorting by name or join date.
Roles
Every member has a role determined by their organization-level permissions:
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to manage the program, view reports, add or remove members, and configure settings |
| Client | Access to program content, activities, events, and community features as a participant |
Roles are set at the organization level and apply across all programs. You cannot assign different roles per program.
Adding members
You can add participants to your program individually or in bulk:
- Individual — From the Members section, click Add Members, search for users, and add them
- Bulk — From organization-level Settings > Users, invite multiple users at once, then add them to programs
Members must first exist in your organization before they can be added to a program. See Invite participants for details.
Removing members
- Find the participant in the Members list.
- Click the action menu on their member card.
- Select Remove.
Removing a participant revokes their access to the program immediately. Their progress and responses are preserved — if you re-add them later, their data is still there.
Member visibility
By default, participants can see the member directory. If you want to hide it:
- Go to the Members app settings.
- Enable Hide from members.
When enabled, only admins can see the full member list. Participants will not see who else is in the program.
