Use the Spaces dashboard

The Spaces dashboard is the single place to find every program in your organization and act on it. From one page you can search across all programs, filter by status or author, jump into a program, or trigger common admin actions without opening each one first.

Open the dashboard

Open Admin Area > Spaces from the sidebar. You’ll see a list of every program in your organization — draft and live — sorted by last updated.

Quick Create

If you’ve starred any program types as favorites, they appear at the top of the page under Quick Create. Click a card to skip the program type gallery and go straight to the configure step for that template.

To star a type, open Add Space and click the star on any program type card. See Understand program types for the full picker walkthrough.

Find a program

Use the controls above the table to narrow the list:

  • Search — by program name
  • Sort — by Last Updated
  • DurationAny, No start/end date, or Has start/end date
  • StatusAny, Draft, or Live
  • Author — filter by the person who created the program

The Author dropdown populates from the people who have actually created programs in your organization, so you’ll only see real names — not your full user list.

What each row shows

Each row displays:

  • Space Name with the program’s icon and color
  • StatusDraft (amber) or Live (green)
  • Duration — the program’s date range, if one is set
  • Members — total enrolled participants
  • An ellipsis menu for quick actions

Click anywhere on the row to open that program’s home page.

Quick actions per program

Open the ellipsis menu (three dots) on any row to act on that program without leaving the dashboard:

ActionWhat it does
Add MembersOpen the Add Members modal to search existing organization users and enroll them in the program
MembersJump to the program’s Members section
SettingsOpen the Space Settings panel — Details, Availability, Sub-Groups, Offers & Checkout, Onboarding

DuplicateStart the duplication flow with this program as the source
DeleteRemove the program permanently

Delete is destructive: it removes the program along with all its content, activities, and participant progress, and you’ll be asked to type the program name to confirm. There is no undo.

Add a new program

Click Add Space in the page header to open the program creation wizard.
