Customize your program space

Every program has its own space with dedicated settings. Customize it to match your brand and create a clear experience for participants.

Basic settings

Open your program and go to Settings to configure:

• Name — The program title participants see
• URL slug — The URL path for this program
• Subtitle — A short description shown beneath the program name
• Icon and color — Choose an icon and color for the sidebar

Cover image

Upload a cover image to make your program visually distinct. This appears at the top of the program space. You can upload or remove the cover image from program settings.

Welcome message

The welcome message is the first thing participants see when they enter your program. Configure it with:

• Title — A headline for your welcome content
• Body — Rich text content with formatting, links, and media
• Featured media — Add an image, video, or embed as a visual introduction
• Attachments — Include downloadable files participants might need

Install and configure apps

Programs are modular — you choose which tools are available. From the program settings, install or remove apps:

App	Purpose
Coaching & Learning	Curriculum with sections, modules, and activities
Events	Group events and calendar
Feed	Announcements and discussion posts
Channel	Text-based discussion channels
Space Members	Member directory
Media Library	Shared files and media

Each installed app appears in the program sidebar. You can rename apps and customize their icon color per program.

Dates

Optionally set timing for your program:

• Start date — Triggers a notification to participants when the program begins
• End date — Marks the program period conclusion
• Early access date — Lets participants enter before the official start
