Build your curriculum

The Coaching & Learning app gives your program a structured curriculum. Content is organized in a three-level hierarchy: sections contain modules, and modules contain activities.

Understanding the hierarchy

Create a section

1. Open your program and go to the Coaching & Learning app.
2. Click Add Section.
3. Enter a title for the section.
4. Optionally choose an icon and icon color to visually distinguish it.
5. Optionally set a release date to schedule when participants can access this section.

Sections appear in the sidebar as navigation items. Participants work through them in order.

Create a module

1. Open a section.
2. Click Add Module.
3. Enter a title for the module.

Modules group related activities together. You can have multiple modules per section.

Add activities to a module

1. Open a module.
2. Click Add Activity.
3. Choose an activity from your Activity Library or create a new one.
4. Select the activity type: Lesson, Worksheet, or Task List.

Reorder content

You can drag and drop to reorder:

• Sections in the sidebar
• Modules within a section
• Activities within a module

The order you set is the order participants see.

Required modules

Make a module required so participants must complete it before moving forward:

1. Open the module you want to set as a prerequisite.
2. In module settings, select which required modules must be completed first.

Participants will see the prerequisite module locked until they complete the required content.

Track progress

Each section can show a progress bar indicating how many activities participants have completed. You can also configure whether to show who has completed each activity.
