Customize your program’s appearance and branding

Each program has a home page that participants see when they open it. You control the cover image, welcome message, sidebar icon, and program details to make it feel like part of your brand.

This article focuses on the visual and branding elements. For a full reference of all space settings (availability, onboarding, apps, sub-groups), see Customize your program space.

Cover image

The cover image spans the top of your program’s home page. To set it up:

  1. Open the program from the sidebar
  2. On the home page, click Add Cover Image in the top-right corner
  3. Select an image from your media library

Once a cover image is set, hover over it to see:

  • Change Cover Image — Replace it with a different image
  • Remove cover image — Delete it entirely (via the three-dot menu)

If no cover image is set, a default gradient is shown.

Welcome section

Below the cover image is the welcome section, visible to both admins and participants (unless you hide it).

The welcome section includes:

  • Title — A heading that defaults to “Welcome to your Space!” — click to edit
  • Rich text editor — Write a greeting, share expectations, or embed a welcome video. Type / to see formatting options
  • Media — Add a featured image, video, or embed above the text
  • Attachments — Add downloadable files like handbooks or schedules

Use the visibility toggle to hide the welcome section from participants. When hidden, admins see a Hidden badge but participants see nothing.

Program details in Space Settings

For the sidebar identity and URL, hover over the program name in the sidebar, click the three-dot menu, and select Settings. The Details tab contains:

  • Icon & Name — The icon, color, and display name shown in the sidebar. Pick from the icon library and choose a color that fits your brand
  • URL — The URL slug for this program (e.g., /s/spaces/leadership-accelerator). Use something short and descriptive
  • Subtitle — An optional tagline visible to everyone, shown below the program name on the home page

Program vs. organization branding

Program-level appearance controls what participants see inside a specific program. Organization-level branding (logo, colors, fonts) applies across your entire organization and all programs within it.
