Configure your organization settings

Your organization settings control how your upcoach workspace looks and operates. Customize your branding to create a professional experience for participants.

Basic settings

Go to Settings to configure:

• Organization name — The name displayed throughout your workspace
• Subdomain — Your unique URL (e.g., yourname.upcoach.com). Must be lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
• Company website — Your business website URL
• Timezone — Your organization’s default timezone, used for scheduling and notifications

Branding

Customize the visual appearance of your workspace:

Logo and favicon

• Logo — Upload your logo (JPEG, PNG, or HEIC, max 4MB). Displayed in the sidebar and navigation
• Favicon — Upload a favicon for browser tabs

You can replace or remove logos and favicons at any time.

Brand colors

Customize your workspace colors (available on Pro plan):

• Primary color — The accent color used for buttons, links, and interactive elements
• Page background — The background color for content areas
• App background — The background color for the application shell

Colors reset to defaults if you set them to the default values.

Saving changes

After making changes, click Save. Changes to branding (logo, colors) take effect immediately for all users in your organization.

Subdomain changes update your workspace URL — share the new URL with your participants if you change it.
