Set up your organization
Your organization is the top-level container for everything in upcoach — programs, participants, billing, and settings. Setting it up properly ensures your participants see a professional, branded experience from day one.
Basic settings
Navigate to Settings from the sidebar to configure:
- Organization name — The name participants see when they access your programs
- Subdomain — Your unique URL (e.g.,
yourorg.upcoach.com). Participants use this to access your programs - Company website — Link back to your main website
- Timezone — Sets the default timezone for events and scheduling across your organization
Branding
Upload your logo and favicon so your programs look like your own:
- Logo — Displayed in the sidebar and login screen. Accepts JPEG, PNG, or HEIC up to 4MB
- Favicon — The small icon that appears in browser tabs
- Brand colors — Customize your primary color, page background, and app background (available on Pro plan)
Custom domain
On the Pro plan, you can connect a custom domain (e.g., app.yourcompany.com) so participants access your programs through your own brand. Navigate to Settings > Custom Domain to set this up.
