Sign in to your upcoach account
You can sign in to upcoach two ways: with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your password. Both options live on the same page, and you can switch between them at any time.
Open the sign-in page
Go to your organization’s upcoach URL and add /login. If your organization uses a custom domain, use that — otherwise it’s the yourname.upcoach.com address (or the custom subdomain set by your admin).
The page shows Welcome to [Organization Name] if it recognizes the workspace, or Welcome back! if it doesn’t. Below that you’ll see the email field and the sign-in form.
Sign in with a one-time code
A one-time code is the default option — no password needed.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Send login code.
- Open your inbox and copy the 6-digit code from the Your One-Time Login Code email.
- Paste or type the code into the Check your inbox field on the sign-in page.
- Click Sign in.
The code expires after 10 minutes. If you don’t receive it within a minute, check your spam or promotions folder. If you mistyped your email, click Try different email to start over.
Resend the code
If you need a fresh code, click Resend code below the code field. There’s a 2-minute cooldown between sends — the button shows the time remaining (e.g., Resend code in 1:47) until you can send another.
Sign in with a password
If you prefer a password, switch modes from the sign-in page.
- On the sign-in page, click Use password instead.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign in.
To switch back to the one-time code flow, click Email me a login code.
Reset a forgotten password
If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page.
- Switch to password mode if you’re not already there.
- Click Forgot password? next to the password field.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Send reset link.
You’ll see a Check your inbox confirmation. Open the Reset Your Password email from upcoach and click the link inside. The link is single-use and time-limited — if it expires, request a new one from the same page.
On the Create new password screen:
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters).
- Re-enter it in Confirm password.
- Click Save new password.
You’re redirected back to the sign-in page where you can log in with the new password. The reset email link only works once — if you click it twice or after it expires, you’ll see Invalid or expired link with a button to request a new one.
If you can’t sign in
A few common reasons sign-in fails:
- Wrong organization URL — Make sure you’re on the correct subdomain or custom domain. A code or password tied to one organization won’t work on another.
- Code didn’t arrive — Check spam or promotions folders. See Fix email delivery problems if upcoach emails consistently don’t reach you.
- Account is deactivated — Deactivated accounts can’t sign in. Contact an admin in your organization to reactivate access.
- Invitation not yet accepted — If you were invited but never opened the invitation email, you’ll need to accept it first. Ask your admin to resend the invitation.
