Resources: Folders of Files and Links for Your Programs
Programs have a new app for the material participants come back to: workbooks, slides, recordings, recaps and useful links. Add Resources from the app picker, create folders, and fill them with files and links participants can view and download. Resources never count toward progress, so a recap doesn’t show up as an unfinished lesson.
- Folders of files and links: upload files or pick them from your Media Library, and add links to anything on the web.
- Shared with the right people: show a folder to everyone in the program, or only to the sub-groups you choose.
- Released when it’s time: a folder can appear right away, on a date, or with a section or module of your curriculum, so “Week 3 recap” appears with Week 3. A single file can wait for its own section or module too.
- Views and downloads: see how many times participants viewed and downloaded each file and link.
Participants only ever see what’s shared with them and released, including when they follow a direct link to a file in upcoach. Read Share files and links with the Resources app to set it up.
