Pause Your Plan or Switch to a Smaller One from Billing

When you cancel from the Billing page in your Admin Area, you now see one option that fits the reason you picked, before anything is canceled:

• Too expensive: switch to the next smaller plan that fits your workspace. You see its price and what it includes, and the switch happens at the end of your billing period.
• Not using it enough: pause for 1, 2 or 3 months. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace pauses and you aren’t billed. It turns back on by itself on the date you picked. Until the pause starts you can undo it with Don’t pause on the Billing page; while the workspace is paused, Resume now on the paused screen turns it back on and starts a new billing period that day.

If you’d rather cancel, choose No thanks, cancel and your subscription cancels at the end of the billing period, as before.
