Participants Can Book Any Available Coach in a Package
A session package can now have several coaches. Participants see one combined list of free times, pick a time, and the session goes to a coach who is free then. Coaching teams can offer one booking page instead of a package per coach.
- Each coach keeps their own schedule: their hours, connected calendar, buffer times and notice period apply as usual.
- Fair assignment: when several coaches are free, the session goes to the one who was booked the fewest times in the last 30 days, across all of their packages.
- No double bookings: two participants can’t land on the same coach at the same time.
- Coach names: participants see their coach once the session is booked. Tick Show coach names before booking to show them earlier.
To set it up, edit a package and add coaches under More coaches. Every coach’s schedule needs the same session length. A package with one coach shows no free times while that coach’s calendar can’t be read, so no one books over the coach’s meetings.
