Manage your subscription and billing

The Billing page shows your current plan, included features, usage, invoices, and billing address. Use it to update your payment method, download receipts, or start a cancellation.

Before you begin

  • You need the manage billing permission in your organization

Open the Billing page

Open Admin Area > Billing from the sidebar.

If your subscription is in a specific state, a banner appears at the top of the page:

  • Trial — “Your subscription is currently in a trial period.”
  • Canceled — “Your subscription has been canceled and will end at the current billing period.”
  • Past due — “Your payment is past due. Please update your payment method to avoid service interruption.”

View your plan details

The Plan Details card shows three rows:

  • Current Plan — Your plan name
  • Next Payment — The date of your next charge
  • Payment Method — The card on file, shown as brand, last four digits, and expiration (e.g., “Visa ending in 4242 — Exp. 12/2027”)

If no payment method is on file, this row shows “No payment method on file.”

Update your payment method

  1. In the Plan Details card, click Update Payment Method.
  2. A new tab opens with the Stripe billing portal.
  3. Update your card details in Stripe and save.

Changes take effect immediately for future charges.

To change your plan, click Contact Support below the payment method link.

Review your features

The Features card lists everything included in your plan. Each feature shows one of two badges:

  • Enabled (green) — Available on your plan
  • Not included (gray) — Not part of your current plan. Click Upgrade next to the feature to contact support about adding it.

Check your usage

The Usage card shows your current resource usage against plan limits. Each row displays a resource name and either a count (e.g., “3 of 10”) or Unlimited.

If you need higher limits, click Contact Support at the bottom of the card.

Download invoices

The Invoices card shows a table of your payment history with columns:

Click the download icon on any row to open the invoice PDF in a new tab.

Update your billing address

The Billing Address card has a form used for invoices and tax purposes. Fill in:

  • Name — Company or individual name
  • Street — Street address
  • City and State / Province
  • Postal Code and Country (2-letter country code, e.g., “US”)

Click Save when you’re done. The button is disabled until you make a change.

Cancel your subscription

The Cancel Subscription card links to support. Click Cancel Subscription — Contact Support to start the process.

Canceling does not take effect immediately — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
