Reporting Sponsor: Share a Program's Progress, Keep Participants' Answers Private
There’s a new space role for stakeholders who need to see how a program is going, but shouldn’t read what participants write. A Reporting Sponsor sees the program’s content and reports, and none of the answers, journals or conversations.
- Content and reports: Reporting Sponsors see every section, module, activity and event, plus Space Reports and Participant Reports, overall and per participant. They can open a participant’s activities from the Progress tab and export Space Reports to CSV.
- Participants’ words stay private: worksheet and check-in answers, journals, comments, the feed and channels never appear for a Reporting Sponsor. The export’s Response submitted column only says whether a response was submitted, never what it said, and Impact Reports, whose themes come from answers, aren’t available to them.
- Read-only and quiet: like Program Sponsors, they can’t post or interact, don’t receive program notifications, and use one seat.
Pick Reporting Sponsor when you invite someone or add them to a program. The existing Program Sponsor role doesn’t change. Its description now says plainly that it reads everything participants write, so you can choose the right one.
