Host Notes and Transcripts on Every Event

Events now hold what happened in the session, not just when it was. Hosts see two new tabs next to Description in the event panel.

• Host Notes: private tab for the event’s hosts. Organization admins and owners can open it too unless they are in that space only as a participant or sponsor. Other participants never see it.
• Transcript: hosts always see it. Organization admins and owners can open it on the same terms. Other participants see it once it has content.
• Post-event reminder: the switch on the Host Notes tab emails hosts when the event ends. It turns on automatically the first time notes are added, then keeps the choice.
