Coaches Keep Editing Their Schedules When Other Programs Use Them

A coach’s schedule can now be used in several programs without the coach losing control of it.

• The coach and the schedule’s creator always keep it: whoever hosts a schedule, and whoever created it, can see and edit it whichever programs use it, as a package’s schedule or under More coaches.
• Share coaches across programs: program admins and facilitators can add a schedule they can edit under More coaches, even when another program already uses it.
• No one else gains access: a program admin of a program that uses the schedule can see it but not change it, unless they run every program it’s in. Admins of unrelated programs and participants still can’t see it.
