Change Your Plan or Subscribe from the Billing Page

Organizations on the current self-serve plans, or still on the February 2026 self-serve plans, can now upgrade, change plan or subscribe from the Billing page. Enterprise, AppSumo, custom and upcoach 2.0 plans continue through the help center.

• Change plan: upgrades take effect right away, and downgrades are scheduled for the end of the billing period. A plan can’t be selected while your current participants, team seats or storage exceed it.
• Subscribe from a trial: trials, paused trials and ended subscriptions that can be reactivated subscribe through Stripe Checkout.
• Start a subscription: an organization with no subscription and no upcoach 2.0 plan can start one through Stripe Checkout.
