AI Assistants Publish and Rename Your Programs

When Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant is connected to your organization through MCP, it can publish a program it built for you, move a program back to draft, or rename it, such as “Publish my New Manager Essentials program”. It answers with the program’s link, and it shares the link when it creates or lists programs too. Publishing works the same as from the program’s settings: from then on, members are notified about new activities and section releases, and any notices already scheduled for the program go out when due.
