The AI Connector's Authorization Page Shows the Workspace and Who Can Connect

When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI tool to upcoach, the authorization page now names the workspace you’re connecting and lists what the tool will be able to do there, including the invitations, posts, messages and event notices it can send as you. Organization Owners, Admins and Implementation Admins click Authorize as before. Anyone with a program-level role, such as a Program Facilitator, sees that the connector needs an organization Owner, Admin or Implementation Admin before anything is connected, and AI tools show the same sentence to them.
