What counts as a participant?

A participant is anyone invited to one of your programs. If the same person is in three programs, they count once. You can deactivate participants at any time to free up space on your plan.

Can I run different program formats?

Yes. Cohort courses, certifications, bootcamps, masterminds, group coaching, private coaching, challenges, and more. Every format is supported on every plan.

How does billing work for team members?

On Pro and Business+ plans, you can add team members (facilitators, admins) at $99/mo per seat. Participants are not team members — they're included in your participant limit.
