Your AI Assistant Can Invite, Remove, and Re-Role Program Members

Owners and admins who connect an AI assistant to upcoach can now ask it to manage who is in a program, for example “invite [email protected] to Leadership Accelerator”.

• Invite by email: invite up to 20 people at a time as participants or coaches. Each one gets the same invite email the Users page sends, and your plan’s client and seat limits apply as usual.
• Remove a member: take someone out of a program. Their account stays active, and they get a notice that they were removed.
• Change a role: make a member a participant or a coach. They get a notice of the change.
