upcoach 2.0 Plans Are Now Recognized in 3.0

Some organizations with a paid upcoach 2.0 plan and no active 3.0 subscription were blocked from inviting participants, adding admins and taking checkouts in 3.0. Their 3.0 workspace wasn’t reading the 2.0 plan, so it fell back to default limits that left no room for participants or extra team members. That’s fixed: 3.0 now recognizes your active 2.0 plan when you don’t have a 3.0 subscription.

• Invites and checkouts work again: participant limits are now based on your 2.0 plan and never drop below the active participants you already have, unless a custom limit is set on your account.
• Your team is counted: the team-seat limit is never set below the seats you bought on 2.0, or the owners, admins, coaches and team members already on your account, unless a custom limit is set on your account.
