From your upcoach admin to your first AI command — four steps.
In your admin sidebar, go to Integrations > MCP. Copy your server URL.
Add upcoach as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude Desktop. Each takes a minute.
Approve the OAuth prompt. Your AI gets a scoped token — never your password.
Open a fresh chat and ask your AI to design a program, pull a report, or surface inactive participants.
MCP is built on OAuth and standard web protocols. We never share your password with the AI. The AI receives a scoped token that lets it call the nine tools above — nothing more.
Claude (claude.ai), ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, and Cursor. All four use the standard Model Context Protocol (MCP), so as more tools adopt the standard, they'll work with upcoach automatically.
Each AI tool sets its own requirements. Claude needs Pro or Max for connectors. ChatGPT needs Pro, Plus, Business, Enterprise, or Edu (Business/Enterprise/Edu admins must enable connectors). Claude Desktop and Cursor are free to use.
No extra cost — it's included in your plan. While AI + MCP is in beta, it's available to everyone on every plan. You only pay for your AI tool subscription on the AI provider's side.
MCP connections are scoped to organization admins. Each admin connects their own AI tool with their own OAuth approval. We're working on broader role support — let us know what you'd like to see.
Your participants' data only flows to your AI tool when you ask a question that needs it (e.g. 'show me Jane's progress'). The AI receives the answer for the question you asked — nothing is uploaded for training.
Yes. Revoke any connected client from your upcoach admin at any time. The token is invalidated immediately.
New tools become available automatically the next time your AI client refreshes its tool list. No action needed on your side.
