Modifying Notification Settings
Switch to Admin Area: If you're not already in the Admin area of upcoach, switch to it. This is where you can manage global settings for your organization.
Navigate to Notification & Digests: In the Admin area, use the sidebar navigation to find and select 'Notification & Digests'. This area allows you to control various notification preferences.
Configure Smart Document Notifications for Clients:
In the 'Notification' panel, look for the 'Smart Documents' option.
Toggle this setting on or off to enable or disable notifications for clients regarding their tasks. This includes notifications when tasks are assigned to them.
Adjust Smart Document Completion Notifications for Coaches:
Find the 'Smart Document Completed' option under the 'Assignment Notifications' panel.
Toggle this setting to either enable or disable notifications for coaches when a client completes a smart document. This helps coaches keep track of client progress and smart document completion.
