Steps to Add a Smart Documents Block

  1. Navigate to the Program Editor:

    • Access the program you wish to edit in upcoach.

    • Enter the program editor mode where you can modify and add new elements to your program.

  2. Adding the Smart Documents Block:

    • In the editor mode, find the 'Smart Documents Block' on the sidebar.

    • Use the drag-and-drop functionality to place a Smart Documents Block into your program. This block creates a specific area where all smart documents related to this program will be displayed and managed.

  3. Finalizing the Addition:

    • Once you have placed the Smart Documents Block, exit the editor mode.

    • Return to the standard program view to see the newly added Smart Documents Block. This is where you and your clients will interact with the program's smart documents going forward.
