How to Add a Tasks Block to Your Agendas

Adding a Tasks Block to your agendas in upcoach can significantly enhance the organization and effectiveness of your coaching sessions. This feature allows you to integrate task management directly into your agendas, providing a clear structure for both you and your clients. Follow these steps to add a Tasks Block to your agendas:

Adding to an Agenda Template

  1. Navigate to Admin Area:

    • Access the Admin area in upcoach.

  2. Access Agendas:

    • Click on the 'Agendas' link under the 'Program Assets' section in the sidebar.

  3. Select or Create Agenda:

    • Choose an existing agenda to edit, or create a new one, to access the agenda editor.

  4. Add the Tasks Block:

    • In the editor, drag-and-drop the Tasks Block from the sidebar into the agenda.

    • Hit the 'Save' button at the top right corner to confirm the addition.

Adding to an Individual Agenda

  1. Go to Your Agenda:

    • Open the agenda you wish to edit.

  2. Edit Agenda:

    • Click the edit icon next to the agenda title to enter the editing mode.

  3. Insert Tasks Block:

    • Drag-and-drop the Tasks Block into your agenda.

    • Save your changes by clicking the 'Save' button at the top right corner.

It's important to remember that only one Tasks Block is allowed per agenda. This limitation helps maintain clarity and focus in each agenda.
