Billing Portal

The Billing Portal is the page where you can access all the financial information related to your upcoach subscription.

Within this portal, you can find five crucial pieces of information, which are listed as follows:

  • Current Subscription Plan

  • Payment Methods

  • Billing Address

  • Invoices

  • Cancel Subscription

Current Subscription Plan

This section provides you with the following information:

  • Your monthly/annual payment amount

  • Your next payment date

  • The features your plan has

Payment Methods

In this section, you can add a new payment method, and if you have more than one method, you can choose which credit card you want to use for the upcoming payment.

Billing Address

You should enter the address information for the monthly or annual invoices we send to you in this field

Invoices

Within this section, you can access and view both past and present invoices:

  • Payment dates

  • Payment statuses

  • Payment amounts

Additionally, you can download invoices and receipts of your organization.

Canceled Subscription

This section provides the option to cancel your existing upcoach subscription.
