Expired Client Invitation

The invitations sent during the client creation process are valid for a period of 14 days.To resend invitations after the 14-day validity period during the client creation process, follow these steps:

  1. Access the admin panel.

  2. Navigate to the Clients page.

  3. Choose the specific client for whom you wish to resend the invitation.

  4. Click three dots and hit the Resend button.
    ​

By following these steps, you will be able to resend the invitation to the desired client beyond the initial 14-day period.

Alternatively, you can use the same method to deactivate this client if desired.
