Zapier is a tool that helps automate repetitive tasks by connecting different platforms and services. Users can create "Zaps" which are automated workflows that trigger actions in one app based on events in another app. It integrates with over 2,000 apps and allows users to create complex automations without coding.
With Zapier, you have the ability to connect your upcoach account to numerous tools.
Creating Zaps and integrating them is a straightforward process - just follow the steps outlined below.
1. Navigate to the left side of your Dashboard and click on "Integrations" under the "Advanced" section.
2. After accessing the "Integrations" section, go to "Zapier" section and click on the blue button that says "Create a Zap!" to continue.
3. Once you click the "Create a Zap!" button, you will be prompted to accept the invite and start building your Zap.
4. To complete the integration setup, simply click on the "+ Create Zap" button within the Zapier platform.
5. Click on the button "Add new connection" and look for upcoach in the trigger and action boxes.
6. A popup window will appear, prompting you to enter your upcoach API key to complete the connection with Zapier.
7. Go back to your upcoach account, and on the Integrations page, find API Tokens and "Click "+ Create new API Token"
8. Create a new API token and provide a name for it - I recommend using "Zapier" for clarity.
9. Copy the key and paste it into the Zapier popup window
10. Copy the "API key" and paste it into the popup window within Zapier.
