How to create a Kanban Board?

Our favorite way to use Kanban boards is to track the engagement of program members. That way, you can visually see who is engaged, disengaged, a superstar, etc., and email the ones who need a little encouragement and support (the disengaged ones or you can call it however you want).

A new kanban board will automatically be created when you create a new program.

However, if you need another board that’s not connected to the program, here’s how you create one:

  1. In your Dashboard, go to “Kanban Boards” under Clients and management.

2. Once on the page, click the “Create new board” button.

3. Give your Kanban board a Name and hit Save

4. Now, you get to create your pipeline and add different columns based on your needs

5. Edit the name of the column and change the color I the column by clicking on the 3 dots

6. To populate the board with clients, click on the search by name and click to add them to the column.

If you need further support or additional questions, please contact us at [email protected] or inside the platform by clicking on the chat messaging bubble in the lower right corner.
