How to edit an Agenda?

Want to make changes to an Agenda? No problem. Here is how to do it:

1. Head over to the Admin page of the upcoach portal:

2. On the left-hand panel, under Build & Manage, click on Agendas. This will provide you access to a list of Agendas that are in your organization’s portal:

3. Look for the Agenda that you would like to edit, then click the Action button across it:

4. On the dropdown, click Edit Agenda:

5. This will take you to the Agenda Designer, where you can drag and drop blocks from the left sidebar to the right:

6. You can also highlight the block on the right so that you can edit it on the left panel:

7. Once changes are made, make sure to click Save on the upper right:

The edited agenda can now be used for your upcoming events and meetings!

In case you want to make tweaks to an Agenda that you are already using with your clients, go to the meeting and click on the View Agenda button:

Now that you are on the Agenda page click on the 3 dots on the right and then Edit this Agenda:

You will be taken to the Agenda Designer page, where you can make any tweaks and improvements you want, and once you are done, click Save and Close.

All changes will be implemented immediately for the existing agenda and all upcoming meeting Agendas.
