Editing client’s profile

In this part, you can edit your client’s profile and add customized information the way you like it.

You can access the client’s profile by clicking the “Admin” drop-down menu, select “Admin Area” and on the left pane select “Clients”.

Adding Customized Information

Click the gear icon next to “General information” section to add customized information for you client’s profile.

In this section, you can add, edit or delete your customized information for your clients. You can choose the arrangement

Adding programs to you client’s profile

You can also add specific programs to your client’s profile. Start by clicking the "Add to Program" button next to the “Programs” section. A window will open where you can select multiple programs at the same time. When you pick any sub-program, the main program will be included automatically. The window displays only the programs that your clients can join. After selecting the programs you want, click the "Add Client" button.

Here are the sample programs that are added to the client’s profile.

Adding Notes

In this section, you can add, edit or remove notes for the Admins. Click the “Add a Note” at the bottom to add one.

It is possible to mention other coaches and admins within your organization and notify the team members about the client.

Checking Meetings

Also, you can track the meetings that the client attended.

Assigning Todos

You can assign to-do-list to client in this part.

Habits

You can also add a new habit for your client.

Accessing Smart Docs, Checking Drive and Post

Easy access on the Smart Docs.

You can also check if your client uploaded a new “Drive” or created a new “Post” in this section.
