    What did you do before upcoach?

    We were looking for a new coaching platform for a while and had previously used two other different coaching platforms, but because our programs are coaching programs and not training programs, there are actually not a lot of platforms out there that are customizable to an extent and actually tailored towards coaching. So, when we found upcoach, it was very different from the previous platforms that we were using. We were having a lot of technical, formatting, and content setup issues with other platforms that existed.
    We were trying to fit a square peg into a circle hole is what it felt like. So we were really excited when we found upcoach. The way they built out the platform was really good.

    What were you looking for in a platform?

    We needed a platform that aimed toward coaching accountability behavioral change mindset since our coaching program is focused on behavioral coaching.

    Also, it was important for us to have a platform that was customizable for programs because all of our clients are different.

    What is your favorite part of upcoach?

    The platform itself is quite intuitive and easy to use. 

    We loved the customization possibilities as well.  Even though we have our flagship programs and program standard, it was nice to be able to add small nuances or personalizations to the course programs, because that really goes a long way and makes a difference with our clients. Simple things like being able to change the language across courses, even though it’s the same course, but for different classes. You can do that in a way that’s easy and replicable without having 900 different versions.

    The templating abilities have been really great in comparison to what we were using before. Being able to replicate and customize with ease has been a big game changer and has saved us quite a lot of time.

    Another huge differentiator was the one-on-one support. Previous platforms that we’ve been using had non-existent or very poor support. And everyone in upcoach was always very quick to respond and hop on a call and help us build out certain aspects of our programs. They were a great sounding board. If we had ideas on how we wanted to build stuff out and we always got feedback.

    When we transitioned to upcoach, our onboarding process was really smooth, the team set up a few calls with us to train us on the platform. Then, they even took it a step further – they took the opportunity to review our program and course setup. Once we had a few things set up they gave us feedback and let us know about possible features that we weren’t using and that we could utilize to enhance the program.

    Our clients have been so happy with upcoach. We get feedback constantly that it’s very easy to navigate. The way we are able to have our programs set up is much more intuitive.

    They love the opportunity to collaborate on the platform and through the courses and program pages. We’ve actually had people commenting on how easy the platform is to use and they’re able to access our content and the program flow much easier.

    We actually have a cohort of anywhere from eight to 16 individuals in the program. So, having features like the discussion board has been really great to add to the programs. It’s been nice to have those extra features on upcoach, just for folks to be able to connect.

    Also, there are lots of great, intuitive ways to put our materials and our content on the platform.
